How do I join the server?+
Connect to the server through your client. Pick up the basics in our Discord onboarding channel.
Where do I get support?+
Open a ticket at /support — staff replies land in the same thread. You can also ping a staff member in Discord.
Account & login
Why do you need Discord?+
Staff access is gated by Discord guild role — it means no separate password to manage.
What permissions do you ask for?+
Just identify (your username + avatar) and guilds.members.read (to see your roles in our server). We do not message you, post, or act on your behalf.
Store & purchases
Are payments safe?+
Yes. All payments are handled by Tebex — we never see or store your card details.
How do I get a refund?+
Open a billing ticket at /support with your order details, or reach out to Tebex directly.
